Fresh back from Blizzcon, the gaming platform Guild Launch has announced the integration of Stribe Chat functionality to allow its 2 million users to chat in their site, their game community and across Guild Launch. Stribe helps these websites to connect with each other and gives them the ability to talk and share information across the entire system. The richness of social media lets gamers ask questions, feel connected to one another, express their opinions, and interact with a community of gamers like them.

Guild Launch is the leading provider of services to guilds, kinships and clans in over 180 most popular online games. Guild Launch’s easy to use, customizable, Guild Management System supports a finely tailored set of features focused on the needs of Massively Multiplayer and FPS gamers.

More than 2 million users are registered on Guild Launch. “Stribe integration will create a multi-tiered chat system allowing users to chat across all of Guild Launch, to others who play the same game, and within their guild.” Said Stephen Johnston, the CEO of Guildlaunch.

To deploy Stribe in more than 50.000 Guild Launch websites, Stribe has developed an API to enable Single Sign on (SSO) and to administer Stribe back end settings. In that way, it will be more convenient for users don’t require an additional registration or login to use Stribe in their Guilds.

Thus, the Stribe API is now opened. All the documentation about how to use this REST API is online. You can now integrate Stribe with your user database thanks to Single Sign on, create different communities, post comments, manage badges and moderate content through the API.

We are very excited to open our API and demonstrate how a Gaming platform managing millions of users can take advantage of Stribe. We want to increase social interactions among Guild Launch websites and create more gaming opportunities. Virtual Goods could be the next service provided in Stribe Social Network. The Gaming Market is an attractive are for Stribe to move forward in. We want to become the Social Chat for Gaming platforms in the next months.” explained Kamel Zeroual, co founder and CEO of Stribe
